Green for Profit or Green for the Environment? Ben & Jerry's

Hey Everyone! Welcome to my SNHU Blog! Today we will be discussing an organization which I believe is both socially and ethically responsible. Ben & Jerry's has always been an inspiration to me when it comes to ethics and is a perfect model for companies striving to be ethically responsible. The company strives to be ethical both internally and externally to customers as well as the community around them. If you go to Ben & Jerry's website and look under "values" you see a list of amazing goals the company strives for. One of these goals is social responsibility. "To operate the Company in a way that actively recognizes the central role that business plays in society by initiating innovative ways to improve the quality of life locally, nationally and internationally".
